What you will do

• Serve as primary post-sale point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
• Manage portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve positive business outcomes including ROI planning and QBRs.
• Drive product adoption and utilization using industry knowledge and technical expertise to ensure renewals.
• Identify renewal risks, growth opportunities, and coordinate with implementation teams on SLAs.
• Act as internal voice of the customer, channeling feedback to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5-8 years experience, including minimum 5 years in post-sale client management for high-touch enterprise accounts.
• Technical acumen to connect client goals with product capabilities.
• Excellent business communication, presentation skills, and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with complex multi-divisional customers and cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support, Ops).
