What you will do

• Develop and deploy custom solutions using Smartsheet and Google AppSheet to optimize Global PMO processes.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards and reporting solutions for key business metrics.
• Implement integrations between internal platforms, including JIRA and PowerBI.
• Define system architecture, integration points, and security compliance strategies for PMO tools.
• Act as a technical liaison with vendors for incident tracking and release schedules.
• Lead consulting engagements with internal stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience building tools and automation using Smartsheet and/or Google AppSheet.
• Technical proficiency in designing integrations with JIRA and PowerBI.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot system issues and define system architecture.
• Experience creating detailed system documentation and adhering to security standards.
• Strong communication skills for leading team meetings and stakeholder collaborations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
