What you will do

• Execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Provide prompt response to equipment breakdowns, performing root cause analysis and carrying out repairs.
• Support the installation, setup, and qualification of new equipment following technical guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with EH&S, 6S, and GMP standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of service reports and maintenance records.
• Support spare parts procurement and inventory management within the maintenance store.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strict adherence to EH&S, 6S, and GMP standards.
• Proficiency in maintaining technical documentation and work orders.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance module).
• Active participation in Kaizen or other continuous improvement initiatives.
