What you will do

• Own the end-to-end 5-year long-range forecast, including architecture, scenario logic, and assumptions governance.
• Co-engineer production tools for forecasting, analysis, and reporting using Claude Code and Cursor.
• Translate model outputs into strategic narratives to drive board-level decisions and capital allocation.
• Contribute to executive deliverables, including monthly business reviews and board packages.
• Execute strategic ad-hoc projects such as debt covenants sensitivity analysis and investment-case modeling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, quantitative finance, or management consulting, preferably within SaaS or tech.
• Proven expertise in building complex, modular, multi-layer financial and operational models.
• Strong Python fundamentals (Pandas/Polars) and SQL proficiency, including experience with Git workflows.
• Experience shipping production tools using AI-assisted tooling like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Ability to read, write, and debug Python code and explain it line-by-line without AI assistance.
