What you will do

• Execute marketing and promotional campaigns for arena, stadium, and amphitheater events.
• Manage and develop a team of Marketing Managers and Coordinators.
• Act as the primary contact for artist marketing representatives regarding venue and show plans.
• Partner with local talent buyers to ensure the success of events across multiple venues.
• Manage event advertising budgets and create impactful promotions with regional media partners.
• Coordinate PR, content creation, and grassroots marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, FL, USA
• 6+ years of experience in event marketing within entertainment, sports, or public assembly facilities.
• 6+ years of experience managing local media relationships and working with artist representatives.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Knowledge of digital and traditional media including paid social, programmatic, radio, and grassroots.
• Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours based on business needs.
