What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to help customers maximize ROI and value from the platform.
- Lead strategic growth by building robust relationships with users and executives through technical workshops and consultative guidance.
- Develop customized success plans and adoption roadmaps aligned with customer business outcomes.
- Identify financial and adoption risks and implement comprehensive plans to mitigate churn and foster customer advocacy.
- Monitor customer KPIs and provide product roadmap suggestions based on direct customer feedback.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly health check calls with executive leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a technical role managing multiple customer accounts, preferably with a background in DevOps Engineering or SOC analysis.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and their application in the secure DevOps Lifecycle.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States at time of hire and for duration of employment.
- No nonimmigrant visa sponsorship is available for this position.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in , Splunk, Crowdstrike, qRadar, or Exabeam.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry (Otel) and API scripting.
