Location: Must work 5 days a week onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA

What you will do

• Lead HMI screen and application development to support the release of new products, features, and systems.
• Design and implement HMI software applications using agile development methods.
• Translate stakeholder and customer requirements into optimized HMI and system solutions.
• Develop and maintain source code, investigating design issues to continuously refine HMI designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and meet product requirements.
• Implement secure HMI solutions, including authentication mechanisms, system hardening, and secure data exchange.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Science.
• Extensive experience in software development and the use of toolkits for traditional and web-based software.
• Proven expertise in software integration and designing data exchange interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and support HMI software for electrical power, control, or automation systems.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Alpharetta, Georgia.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms such as EcoStruxure Machine SCADA, FactoryTalk, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (e.g., VBScript) and advanced Excel.
• Experience designing HMIs with a strong focus on cybersecurity best practices and secure networking.
