What you will do

• Partner with Sales to design AI automation solutions and lead technical discovery sessions.
• Deliver product demos and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to communicate technical and business value.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solution architectures.
• Act as a technical advisor for customers to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align the roadmap with customer feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to drive thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, with 2+ years at a senior level.
• Mandatory experience with voice technologies (ACD and IVR workflows).
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation environments.
• Native-level or highly fluent proficiency in Polish and English.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and APIs.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with CRM or presales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of NLP, automation workflows, or integration frameworks (REST, GraphQL).
