What you will do

• Own the end-to-end merchant journey from pre-sales to go-live and beyond.
• Partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to merchant needs.
• Lead API integrations using REST, webhooks, and SDKs to accelerate merchant onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor on performance, UX, and global payment strategies.
• Solve complex technical challenges to unblock integrations and drive continuous optimization of conversion and auth rates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform and ensure it is built for scale.

Requirements

• English advanced is mandatory.
• At least 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical role within payments or fintech.
• Strong experience with integration processes and working with APIs.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Experience delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
