What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to drive customer adoption, evaluate hirify.global solutions, and increase revenue.
• Lead technical pre-sales processes including discovery, product demos, Proofs of Concept (POC), and RFP responses.
• Develop custom search applications using the hirify.global ecosystem, frameworks, and APIs.
• Act as a technical advisor and expert for CTOs, product managers, and customer engineers.
• Advocate for customer needs by relaying product feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success to ensure a seamless post-sales onboarding transition.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid).
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), preferably in SaaS.
• Software development experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, or Swift/Objective-C.
• Proficiency with data formats and data transformation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and switch contexts quickly in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Experience in the search industry or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or commercetools.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems, including autonomous reasoning and multi-agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of Analytics and SEO.
