What you will do

• Perform routine and supplemental inspections of aircraft, components, and maintenance actions.
• Verify that all maintenance work is completed according to FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company policies.
• Conduct quality audits, identify discrepancies, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Deliver training to maintenance personnel on procedures, documentation standards, and safety practices.
• Review and sign off on maintenance documentation, logbooks, and task cards.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance manuals.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Ability to work in hangars, outdoor settings, and confined spaces.

Nice to have

• Prior inspection or quality control experience.
• Experience serving as a trainer, mentor, or technical instructor.
• Experience in aviation training or instructional environments.
