What you will do

• Manage digital brands with a focus on website strategy and flawless execution.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key clients based on their business goals.
• Develop project briefs and author SOWs based on delivery team inputs.
• Oversee daily account work and ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Monitor revenue and profit while identifying and capturing potential growth opportunities.
• Lead tactical meetings and MRC discussions using Veeva or similar submission software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment.
• Pharmaceutical marketing experience is required.
• Proven background in digital tactics specifically focused on websites.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and regional hubs).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment.
