Salary: Base salary $67,200 plus commissions

What you will do
- Initiate contact with potential leads using targeted outreach strategies and leverage BANT criteria to evaluate suitability.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to surpass daily activity and conversion targets.
- Communicate value propositions of technology to prospects and channel partners.
- Manage prospect interactions and data within Salesforce to ensure actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align on target markets and strategic business acquisition approaches.
- Prepare detailed briefs encompassing budget, decision-makers, and project scope for smooth sales transitions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales; software sales experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in independently converting sales and marketing strategies into qualified leads.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6sense.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Political Science, International Relations) is required.
- Must be based in or work from the Tacoma, WA office (Onsite).
