Salary: $215,000 - $250,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Identify and execute innovation projects from concept to working prototype to drive measurable business impact.
• Embed with engineering, sales, and security operations teams to diagnose bottlenecks and reduce toil.
• Design and build full-stack solutions in production codebases, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Map complex systems end-to-end to understand data flows and second-order effects of changes.
• Create playbooks and self-service documentation to enable organization-wide adoption of new workflows.
• Prototype rapidly, validate with real users, and transition successful projects to long-term owners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience founding or leading a business, including both product development and customer acquisition.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience, with Ruby on Rails highly preferred and Golang as a bonus.
• Deep systems-thinking ability to map actors, flows, dependencies, and failure modes.
• Ability to operate with extreme autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces without a predefined backlog.
• Experience communicating technical concepts across diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools or developer productivity tooling.
• Track record of driving AI/automation adoption among non-engineering users.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, MSP/MSSP operations, or SIEM concepts.
