What you will do

• Ship critical infrastructure to manage real-world logistics and financial data for large enterprises.
• Develop across the full stack, from frontend UX to LLM agents, database schemas, and event infrastructures.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business value and refine requirements for optimal solutions.
• Leverage AI-native tools to automate boilerplate and focus on architecture, quality, and product taste.
• Optimize development hirify.globals, refactor legacy patterns, and automate internal workflows.

Requirements

• BS or higher in STEM fields, graduating and available for full-time start in 2026.
• Must work in person in SF or Chicago office 4 days a week.
• Proficiency with modern tech stacks and the ability to deliver web applications rapidly.
• Strong intuition on how LLMs work, including their strengths and limitations.
• Experience with AI-native tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code.
