What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations directly into strategic customer infrastructure.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact and owner for account technical success across the hirify.global portfolio.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams through daily standups, design reviews, and incident response.
• Surface real-world edge cases and product gaps to hirify.global's Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
• Maintain a regular on-site presence at customer locations to foster deep collaboration and cultural alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Experience owning mission-critical services with high availability ("five nines" uptime).
• Broad technical fluency across the full stack, including frontend, backend, databases, and distributed infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience integrating AI-augmented workflows (e.g., Windsurf, OpenCode) into the development cycle.
• Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm, Sweden

Nice to have

• Direct experience building on hirify.global Workers or the broader hirify.global Developer Platform.
• Background in fast-paced startups or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Public technical profile, including open-source contributions, blogging, or speaking engagements.
