What you will do

• Ship critical infrastructure to manage real-world logistics and financial data for large enterprises.
• Work across the entire stack, from frontend UX to LLM agents, database schemas, and event infrastructures.
• Collaborate with customers to build deep context and optimize product requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to automate boilerplate and focus on architecture, quality, and product taste.
• Optimize development hirify.globals, refactor legacy patterns, and automate internal workflows.

Requirements

• Graduating with a BS or higher in STEM fields in 2026.
• Available to work in person in New York, SF, or Chicago offices 4 days a week.
• Proficiency with modern tech stacks and the ability to deliver web applications rapidly.
• Strong intuition on how LLMs work and experience with AI-native tools like Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver high-quality products with business impact.
