What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of a scalable federal healthcare benefits platform, setting the overall technical direction.
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support for solutions built with Ruby on Rails, React, and backend API integrations.
• Oversee the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services and federal data systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and government stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineering team members through code reviews and technical coaching to foster professional growth.
• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and compliance with federal standards.
