What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of life insurance products like Whole Life, Term, Indexed Universal Life, and riders.
• Collaborate with carrier partners for seamless product integration into the ecosystem.
• Work with engineering, design, and stakeholders to integrate policy administration systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Leverage ACORD standards for standardized data exchange and compliance.
• Analyze product opportunities and distribution channels to meet customer and business needs.
• Develop eApplication and policy contract systems to simplify applications and improve experience.
• Create medium- and long-term product vision and participate in discovery processes with experiments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in product management with proven launches of life insurance products.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance lifecycle, policy administration, underwriting, and issuance.
• Experience with ACORD standards, eApplication systems, policy contract creation, and carrier integrations.
• Experience with life insurance illustration platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for product opportunities and distribution channels.
• Ability to scale products, drive usage, and customer satisfaction in fast-paced environment.
