What you will do

• Process documents for electronic filing with the SEC's EDGAR system on behalf of clients.
• Research and compile data needed for SEC form types and other financial compliance documents.
• Review and complete customer requests following detailed workflow processes.
• Ensure final documents are complete and accurate for electronic submission to the SEC.
• Participate in special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience reviewing and processing EDGAR documents or working in financial communications.
• Strong understanding of SEC form types, filing requirements, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with formats including HTML, XML, PDF, TXT, XBRL, JPG, and GIF.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 - 10:00 PM ET) with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
