TL;DR

Senior Data Product Owner (Data): Driving the strategy, development, and support of Equipment Master data products with an accent on Customer Asset data. Focus on improving data quality, writing detailed business requirements, and ensuring proper data governance for large-scale connected asset ecosystems.

Location: Must be based out of Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL or Dallas/Irving, TX offices. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Customer Asset data within Equipment Master.
• Write detailed business requirements for new features and improvements.
• Perform data analysis to research and resolve data-related issues or fulfill business requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, business partners, and consumers to align on delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum value and alignment with business goals.
• Manage change efforts, including training, documentation, and go-to-market plans for new features.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Valid US work authorization (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or Communications.
• Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance or SAFe PO/PM).
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
