What you will do

• Lead the development of internal tools for merchandising and marketing teams to drive site content and promotions.
• Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering, and data science.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, facilitating planning and execution of prioritized work.
• Analyze data to derive insights, define success metrics, and drive product decisions.
• Coordinate with other teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of roadmap items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience creating product visions and roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Strong proficiency in using data to define features and measure success.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Must be based near Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis for hybrid work arrangement.
