Salary: $210,000 - $350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and execute the North America EPM go-to-market strategy for planning, forecasting, close & consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Establish platform-specific GTM strategies for Anaplan, OneStream, and Oracle EPM.
  • Own EPM revenue growth, including pipeline health, bookings performance, and cross-sell expansion across accounts.
  • Sponsor and lead high-value, executive-level sales pursuits, carrying a material individual sales target.
  • Expand strategic relationships and drive joint GTM initiatives, co-selling motions, and partner-led pipeline development with key EPM partners.
  • Provide executive oversight on critical EPM engagements to ensure client success, scalability, and margin-accretive solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven success in growing revenue and managing senior executive relationships within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Deep functional or technical expertise in EPM domains, including financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Extensive experience leading complex, executive-level sales motions from discovery to deal closing.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets through both direct origination and alliance-based GTM motions.
  • Leadership acumen in business operations, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin management.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Chicago, Denver, Houston, Minneapolis, or New York.
