What you will do

• Organize and assign workflow, ensuring employees clearly understand their duties and delegated tasks.
• Analyze critical equipment failures and make decisive technical decisions to restore operations.
• Ensure productive and peripheral equipment (HVAC, compressors, chillers) is 100% operational to avoid downtime.
• Coordinate building improvement projects and oversee the preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
• Manage the purchase of materials and maintain an optimized inventory of key spare parts.
• Lead daily maintenance team meetings and strictly apply safety procedures to protect team members.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience and an associate degree.
• Proven experience in personnel management and industrial electrical installations.
• Ability to interpret pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic single-line diagrams.
• Technical knowledge of injection molding processes using UBE, ENGEL, VANDORN, and DME machines.
• Experience in failure analysis with electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic equipment.
• English: Intermediate level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CONAIR thermolators and INCOE temperature control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer system skills.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
