What you will do

• Coordinate daily automation engineering activities in Mexico, managing priorities and execution.
• Lead technical activities across project execution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in project, service, and sales teams.
• Translate customer needs into engineering actions and priorities.
• Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and operational excellence standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Automation Engineering within industrial or global environments.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating technical activities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation solutions.
• Must be based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese or French.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, EPLAN, Visio, or MS Project.
• Experience with virtualization, cybersecurity, databases, and ISA-S88/S95.
