Salary: $62,400–$78,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives (Ontario)

What you will do

  • Analyze business objectives and develop executable sales plays aligned to prioritized sales motions across segments, regions, and teams.
  • Translate sales strategy into execution components like workflows, criteria, handoffs, and inspection points.
  • Assess execution readiness, identifying risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers.
  • Track sales motion performance metrics (conversion, velocity, adoption) to spot trends and gaps.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations on iterating, scaling, pausing, or stopping sales motions.
  • Analyze account lists using performance data and segmentation for prioritization.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement, and Field teams for alignment and execution.
  • Analyze seller workflows and feedback to simplify execution and reduce friction.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or commercial program support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with account lists, segmentation, and performance data for prioritization.
  • Proven collaboration across Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement, and Field teams.
  • High empathy for seller and manager workflows.
  • Comfort in ambiguous sales environments with bias for action.
