What you will do
- Coordinate large-scale multi-site initiatives focusing on schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other neuropsychiatric conditions.
- Manage project timelines, status, and communications with all stakeholders to ensure deadlines and data requirements are met.
- Handle the submission of IRB documentation, material transfer agreements, and data access agreements.
- Manage project-specific budgets, generate quotes, and issue purchase orders for platform activities.
- Track biological sample receipt and storage, ensuring secure and accessible data management.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and submitting protocols, reports, and professional communications.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in biology or a related field (genetics/genomics).
- BS with 3+ years of related experience, including at least 1 year of project coordination.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Cambridge, MA.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with interdisciplinary groups of scientists and analysts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-throughput genetic analysis technologies and data management.
- Familiarity with Research Compliance, bioinformatics tools, and public databases.
- Experience with command-line, basic scripting, and cloud utilities.
