hirify.global is a venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector through a next-generation drug acquisition platform.

What you will do

  • Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of functional budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts.
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for department leaders and senior management.
  • Track headcount, vendor spend, and key cost drivers to enhance visibility and accountability.
  • Act as the system owner for the planning and forecasting tool, maintaining financial models and reporting structures.
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide guidance on budget ownership and strategic decision-making.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Proficiency with financial systems, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive).
  • Startup experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
