What you will do

• Lead strategy, execution, and scaling across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging paid social channels.
• Drive creative-led growth by rapidly testing and iterating on UGC, video, and static assets.
• Build AI-native workflows to automate marketing tasks, analysis, and creative production.
• Run high-velocity experiments across audiences and funnels to identify scaling opportunities.
• Develop and optimize affiliate, creator, and influencer partnership channels.
• Optimize landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows to improve full-funnel performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
• BA in Economics/Business or BS in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or an engineering discipline.
• Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly budgets per channel.
• Strong analytical foundation in CAC, LTV, retention, and incrementality.
• Proficiency with tools like Amplitude, HubSpot, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics.
• Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and measurement (GTM, MMPs, pixels).
