Salary: $50,800 - $90,200 USD

What you will do
- Provide remote and hands-on technical assistance to resolve end-user technology issues.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical problems before involving senior leadership.
- Train and mentor junior team members to improve overall team capability.
- Monitor support environments and perform proactive testing to minimize system downtime.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and workflows are strictly followed for all support tickets.
- Maintain accurate and updated technical documentation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an IT support or related role.
- 2-4 years of experience troubleshooting macOS and iOS hardware and operating systems.
- Experience supporting global enterprise-grade SaaS collaboration systems.
- Basic proficiency with the command line.
- Must be based in the Twin Cities metro communities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
