What you will do

• Manage daily engineering activities, including experiments, alignment meetings, and production issue response.
• Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing, spending over 75% of time on the production floor.
• Support New Product Introductions (NPI), including recipe creation and collateral ordering.
• Identify, document, and solve quality excursions and equipment problems using structured problem-solving tools.
• Collaborate with Equipment Technicians to resolve hardware issues and provide training and certification for new operations.
• Maintain and update Operation and Recipe Creation specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields with 6+ months of experience.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment/product development or high-volume automated manufacturing.
• Must have valid US work authorization; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
