What you will do

• Collaborate with foundry partners to define and develop semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Drive process optimization and improvement initiatives to enhance yield, performance, and reliability.
• Lead technology transfer activities from R&D to production, ensuring successful ramp-ups.
• Analyze manufacturing data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support mask tapeout and engineering wafer runs.
• Maintain strong relationships with foundry partners to align technology roadmaps and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of related professional experience.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, CMOS manufacturing, and planar waveguide optics.
• Knowledge of inspection, testing, and failure analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with analysis tools such as FMEA, SPC, Cpk, and DOE.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.
