What you will do

• Oversee the genetic counseling program, ensuring the integration of best practices and innovative approaches.
• Serve as a Newborn Screening Specialist providing technical expertise for data evaluation and clinical interpretation.
• Develop training resources, webinars, and workshops to support stakeholder engagement and workforce development.
• Provide clinical context to optimize data science and informatics initiatives and refine diagnostic capabilities.
• Lead complex evaluations and provide expert consultation in genetic risk assessment and management.
• Create technical content for newsletters, websites, and Branch presentations to enhance communication strategies.

Requirements

• CGC certification from the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems and facilities.
