What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear prioritization and backlog readiness.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Support release planning and coordination activities.
• Guide teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to achieve delivery goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Scrum Master or Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and release coordination.
• Ability to work within a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience within financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, Agentic AI concepts, or prompt engineering to enhance Scrum processes.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
