What you will do

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies that impact the delivery of complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Promote Agile best practices and coach team members to enhance overall performance and delivery outcomes.
• Assist with large-scale planning efforts and release coordination activities.
• Ensure all processes adhere to organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery roles.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage delivery challenges and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with release management and coordination processes.
• Exposure to AI tools, Agentic AI, or prompt engineering within Agile workflows.
• Strong coaching mindset with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
