TL;DR

Data & AI Strategist (AI): Developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies and governance frameworks to drive business value for international clients with an accent on data enablement, monetization, and organizational adoption. Focus on building scalable data platforms, integrating AI/Generative AI applications, and fostering data-oriented cultures within organizations.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia)

What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive data strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish governance plans for data quality, privacy, compliance, and security.
  • Oversee the creation of data products, monetization, and sharing strategies.
  • Support clients in implementing Data Platforms, Data Visualization, and AI/Generative AI models.
  • Foster data literacy and data-oriented cultures within client organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for contract expansion through research and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Expertise in data solutions and capabilities (Strategy, Governance, Management).
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience with Data Migration, Modernization, or Assessments.
  • Experience with Change Management.
