• Manage and develop a team of social media experts, channel owners, and content producers.

• Define and own KPIs to measure growth, engagement, and business impact across social channels.
• Lead an always-on content operation covering real-time moments, tentpoles, and original programming.
• Drive customer advocacy by leveraging community-based channels like Discord.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing social or content teams.
• Deep understanding of sports, fandom, and real-time content dynamics.
• Strong creative instincts paired with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
• Must be based in Los Angeles to support the hybrid work model.
