What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and the social content calendar across all platforms, including posts, campaigns, and launches.
• Develop social-first marketing plans to support integrated marketing initiatives and brand priorities.
• Create and oversee engaging content, including short-form video, images, and copy, leaning into cultural trends.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand reach and build credibility.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting to optimize social strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging platform trends to identify viral opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency, preferably in consumer brands, entertainment, or gaming.
• Expertise across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, FB, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Proven experience working directly with influencers, creators, or talent.
• Proficiency in content editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Must be based in Burbank, CA.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
