HR Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Provide expert HR consultation to managers and employees on complex or high-risk HR matters.
• Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations, and resolution processes.
• Coach managers on performance management, conduct issues, and resolution pathways.
• Execute regional workforce and succession planning activities.
• Champion regional culture and engagement initiatives tailored to local needs.
• Lead regional implementation of HR initiatives and mentor Associate/Regional HRBPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive HR experience in a generalist or business partner role with regional or multi-site scope.
• Advanced expertise in employee relations, employment law, and performance management.
• Must be based in Canada (Ottawa).
• Strong judgment, coaching capability, and stakeholder management skills.
