What you will do

• Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and workflows to improve operational delivery.
• Lead business use-case design for AI products, focusing on the development of prompts and skills for generative AI models.
• Track, measure, and report efficiency gains from AI implementations and optimize existing AI tools.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure compliant and successful project delivery.
• Drive the adoption of AI technologies and lead automation strategies across various therapeutic areas.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of AI best practices and delivery training for business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in clinical trials or a global clinical imaging environment.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical/device industry.
• Must be based in the United States.
