TL;DR
Senior Programmatic Executive (Programmatic Advertising): Support planning, buying and technical ad setup of cross-channel programmatic and YouTube campaigns with an accent on media planning, optimization, tracking and reporting. Focus on end-to-end campaign management, inventory curation, troubleshooting ad delivery and building relationships with SSPs and publishers.
Location: London (UK, hybrid) or remote (UK)
Salary: £42,500 - £52,500 + benefits

What you will do
- Own end-to-end programmatic campaign process: setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, analysis and reporting.
- Perform QA checks for ad delivery and tracking, resolving discrepancies.
- Generate UTMs, landing pages and implement tracking with stakeholders.
- Curate inventory lists and build relationships with SSPs and publishers.
- Collaborate with agencies, media providers and teams on product launches, promotions and acquisition campaigns.
- Provide creative feedback, ensure compliance with financial regulations and introduce performance improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK (London hybrid or remote)
- 2+ years in programmatic/trading role in client, agency, media partner or ad tech environment.
- Experience running successful programmatic campaigns across platforms, formats and DSPs.
- Demonstrable understanding of major advertising technologies and platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and data-driven approach.
- Test-and-learn mindset and agile ways of working.
