60k+ creators already use Tribute to earn via donations, subscriptions, paid content and products — and we’re growing fast.

What you’ll do:
— Build influencer marketing as a revenue-driving channel
— Own the full cycle: sourcing, negotiating, launching, analyzing, scaling
— Focus on performance: ROMI, CAC, revenue contribution
— Structure deals: CPA / rev-share / hybrid
— Scale what works (not one-off integrations)
— Test creatives, formats, and funnels
— Work closely with content and growth teams

What we’re looking for:
— Experience in performance-driven influencer or affiliate marketing
— Proven track record with measurable ROI
— Ability to scale campaigns, not just launch them
— Strong negotiation & partnership skills
— Solid content intuition (you know what converts, not just what gets views)
— Understanding of funnels and user journey
— Experience with international markets
— Fluent English (C1+)

Nice to have:
— LATAM experience
— Strong understanding of Telegram ecosystem
