What you will do

• Develop and lead paid social strategies across Meta, Reddit, TikTok for UK and international markets
• Design and govern campaign frameworks including account architecture, testing and optimisation logic
• Configure technical setups for tracking, audiences and attribution; manage budgets for ROI
• Analyse performance data to generate insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative, brand, UX, analytics and clinical teams on compliant assets
• Support multi-channel strategies including Paid Search and international execution

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in paid digital performance marketing
• Experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and/or Reddit
• Proven work in regulated environments like healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Advanced analytical skills for performance data, attribution and funnels
• Strong technical knowledge of paid media tracking and architecture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, telemedicine or regulated services
• Familiarity with GA4, consent-led tracking and attribution modelling
• Multi-country paid media programmes
• Exposure to Paid Search or broader performance channels
