Salary: $200,000 - $275,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the design, evaluation, and deployment of LLM and agent-based systems.
• Handle fine-tuning, prompt optimisation, experimentation pipelines, and inference performance.
• Manage a small team of ML engineers and applied researchers.
• Ensure all shipped systems are measurable and production-ready.

Requirements

• Operated as a CTO, Founding Engineer, or AI ML Lead in a scrappy startup environment.
• Experience building and shipping LLM or ML systems into production.
• Strong understanding of evaluation, inference, and agent workflows.
• Comfortable in high ownership, low structure environments and leading from the front.
• EST timezone required
