What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications and agent-based systems in production
• Own full product lifecycle across backend and frontend, from concept to iteration
• Develop prompt strategies, RAG, memory management, and multi-step agent workflows
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source)
• Implement testing, evaluation frameworks for AI outputs, and production debugging
• Collaborate with product, design, and distributed engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years building and deploying LLM-powered applications or AI agents in production
• Experience with major LLM APIs, prompt design, RAG, memory, tool use, and agentic workflows
• Full-stack development across engineering lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot)
• Debugging production issues, performance optimization (latency, cost), and maintainable systems
• Evaluation strategies for AI outputs and AI-driven testing practices

Nice to have

• Advanced agent systems (planning, orchestration), LangChain/LangGraph
• Fine-tuning, benchmarking, human-in-the-loop workflows
• Industry knowledge of ESG and sustainability
