What you will do

• Track and document all software issues in JIRA through to resolution.
• Utilize debug tools to diagnose and reproduce technical issues.
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior QA team members.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional software testing experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of computers and mobile devices for troubleshooting web applications.
• Proficient understanding of software test methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and art disciplines.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for hybrid work.
