Senior QA Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid working practices

What you will do

• Test game clients and the end-to-end game journey across operating systems and mobile devices.
• Identify, diagnose, reproduce, and document functionality issues using debug tools.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans for game features and jurisdictional requirements.
• Manage defects, test cases, documentation, and issue status in JIRA until resolution.
• Provide QA sign-off for production releases.
• Coach junior QA members and prepare status and quality reports.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software testing experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of computers, mobile devices, web application troubleshooting, and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with the product development lifecycle and Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and add-ons.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, art, and other disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
