Location: Remote from Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania

What you will do
- Plan, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate QA activities, including risk analysis and testing scope management.
- Design and review test cases, suites, checklists, specifications, and QA documentation using AI-supported tools.
- Control test execution, analyze results and bugs, manage QA technical debt, and establish quality metrics.
- Handle production incidents, monitoring, troubleshooting, and intelligent log analysis.
- Improve quality standards and processes while coordinating with the Automation team and resolving cross-team dependencies.
- Interview, mentor, and train QA specialists and research QA tools, including AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 3+ years as a QA Lead.
- Strong knowledge of software testing theory, methodologies, test design techniques, testing types, and coverage measurement.
- Hands-on experience with browser debugging, responsive testing, frontend QA, client-server architecture, and SQL.
- Experience with AI-supported requirements analysis, test design, technical specifications, and QA documentation.
- Experience with Jira, Testmo or TestRail, Sentry, Kibana, and Grafana.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, leadership, ownership, and risk-management skills; gaming or gambling experience is required.
