What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Process and Controls Engineers through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Provide daily production support to maintain safe, stable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Own product and process safety compliance and represent manufacturing processes in cross-functional forums.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize assembly processes.
• Lead structured problem-solving to resolve production, quality, and throughput issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with red tag processes, g-comply, machine installation, and safety buyoffs.
• Experience supporting production operations and resolving safety, quality, and throughput issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience as a people leader.
• Experience with diesel engines, transmissions, and GPS.
• Expertise in torque, fastening, GMS, WSS, and Continuous Improvement.
