What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of machine learning engineers and researchers focused on neural-assisted game rendering.
• Coordinate the prototyping, development, and integration of new visual computing technologies into products.
• Manage project timelines and ensure high-quality delivery of ML projects.
• Align team objectives with company strategic goals and manage technical debt.
• Establish partnerships and trustworthy relationships with internal and external collaborators.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing high-performance research teams in ML or Graphics.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, OpenGL, and DirectX.
• Deep knowledge of neural network architectures (diffusion models, transformers) applied to image and video processing.
• Expertise in game engine rendering pipelines, including ray tracing, path tracing, and super-resolution (e.g., UE5).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
