What you will do

• Partner with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytical and ML needs into robust production solutions.
• Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines, covering data collection, feature engineering, training, and serving.
• Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI and Agentic frameworks to advance the ML platform.
• Establish monitoring, A/B testing, and metrics frameworks to measure the real-world impact of models.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to troubleshoot model and data issues and implement necessary code fixes.
• Contribute to technical strategy, CI/CD processes, and the establishment of team best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building ML systems in production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a strong quantitative technical field.
• Proven track record of optimizing large-scale ML infrastructure and solutions.
• Essential experience working with Databricks and Databricks MLflow.
• Proficiency with pipeline scheduling tools such as Airflow and Astronomer.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Terraform and GitHub.

Nice to have

• Production experience deploying Databricks Genie AI and other Databricks Agentic solutions.
