What you will do

• Drive product strategy through market discovery, validation, and ongoing interaction with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps and go-to-market (GTM) strategies based on buyer and user personas.
• Perform competitive analysis, including win/loss analysis and the creation of sales battle cards.
• Manage the launch of new products and features, defining Beta and MVP milestones to incorporate customer feedback.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with technical business analysts for engineering delivery.
• Provide mentorship and support to Product Managers, Product Owners, and Associate Product Managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management and driving complex product roadmaps.
• Ability to utilize financial and health metrics to gauge product line performance.
• Experience in market discovery and implementing GTM strategies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
